| The internet is changing so fast, it's sometimes hard to
keep up with all the new features available.
A web site should be reviewed and updated every 12 to 18 months to
maintain people's interest.
Avoid the headaches, let us review your current site and suggest ways
to improve the look and functionality.
Existing Site Review
We will perform the review without any prior information about the
site. This lets us see the site as any new user/customer.
Ask yourself:
- Can I find my way around easily?
- Can I find the information I need quickly?
On completion of the review we provide you with a detailed report
highlighting:
- existing features that look good and are also functioning well;
- simple changes that will greatly improve the site;
- possible new features that have been tested and work well elsewhere;
- general web design tips to keep in mind.

Existing Site
Update
Firstly we will perform a review of your existing site and
produce a detailed report. This review will
be charged as a separate service and will form the basis of the upgrade
planning.
We then meet with you and discuss all the options and agree on a design
plan and list all the changes.
We will then provide an obligation free quote
for your new look site.
Development
After you are satisfied with the quote, we begin the design and review
cycle. We will keep you fully informed of the progress with regular
reviews.
There will be a totally separate development site where you can:
- review all the work in progress;
- test ALL the functionality of the site;
- test the speed of the page downloads.
all without disturbing your existing web site.
After Completion
After we have completed your new site to your satisfaction, there will
be FREE MODIFICATIONS FOR 2 MONTHS.
This covers modifications to existing pages but does not cover any
additional pages. It is available to give you peace of mind and to fine
tune your new site.
